Reimagining a high-traffic legacy app without disrupting existing infrastructure
The original app, used by more than 100,000 people, faced performance and design issues, which led to low store ratings, limiting adoption and affecting the satisfaction and brand perception among end-users and corporate clients.
Our core challenge consisted in delivering a completely redesigned mobile experience that solved these usability challenges, increased engagement, and embodied Ticket's innovation-driven identity, without compromising the complex legacy systems already in place.
At the same time, we had to deliver a polished, reliable experience that strengthened trust among the corporate clients, offering Ticket benefits to their teams.
Delivering a seamless, high-performance mobile experience built on top of legacy systems
We revamped the MyTicket mobile app from end to end, introducing an interface inspired by leading finance apps, along with faster load times, optimized key interactions, and quick access via biometric identification and One-Time Password (OTP) authentication.
Beyond performance and design, we simplified the onboarding, balance checking, transaction history, and payments across both meal and education products. We enabled Ticket's legacy systems for easy integration with new features like mobile payments and personalized content. This solution transformed how users engage with benefits and gave Ticket behavioral insights to guide future improvements and strategic decisions.
